Benefiting Sierra Wildlife Rescue

Project overview

Our Herbert Green Hands4Hope Club worked with Sierra Wildlife Rescue to raise funds for much needed services and supplies. Sierra Wildlife Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to the mission of preserving El Dorado County’s wildlife through public education and by rehabilitating and releasing injured and orphaned native animal species. The club hosted an on-campus Connection Classroom Competition called "Feed A Baby Bird" from April 15-25, 2024. All proceeds are being used to purchase supplies for the baby bird nursery. Thank you to everyone who donated to our fundraiser. Come back to see the results soon!

Even though our fundraiser is over, you can still purchase items directly from Sierra Wildlife Rescue's Wish List, and Chewy will ship items straight to SWR!
