The 12th Annual Youth Recognition Event on July 6 was a time to honor and recognize the achievements of all of our Hands4Hope youth volunteers. During the 2022-2023 program year, Hands4Hope youth participants served 12,327 hours, which is 2,700 more hours than in the previous program year. Wow! We are so impressed by all of our youth participants and all they accomplished.
We are excited to share that 57 youth earned the prestigious President's Volunteer Service Award, a national program that recognizes individuals by age category who have achieved a certain number of hours of service in a 12-month time period and whose service positively impacts communities and inspires those around them to take action, too.
