On-Campus Clubs Wrap Up 2025

Hands4Hope Clubs on 14 middle and high school campuses completed the final part of the year-long service-learning process for the 2024-2025 school year: Demonstration. During this phase, students recap everything they learned from the previous phases and share project results and lessons learned.
We are so proud of all the youth who participated in our 15 Hands4Hope Clubs this past school year! We encourage you to join us in congratulating all the participants by viewing their demonstration projects.

Placerville on-campus Clubs
Herbert Green Middle School hosted "Bucks4Bunnies," and raised an impressive $1,470 to benefit Sierra Wildlife Rescue.
Markham Middle School Hands4Hope Club raised $799 to benefit the Strive Scholarship Fund at ASPIREKids. 20 Markham middle school students were able to apply for the scholarship and were each able to get a yearbook.
El Dorado High School Hands4Hope Club held two drives throughout the year raising $1,623 worth of food and toiletry items for the Hands4Hope Essentials Committee.
Union Mine High School hosted a movie night on April 11, and raised close to $1,200 to benefit Wayfinder Family Services.
El Dorado Hills on-campus Clubs
Marina Village Middle School Hands4Hope Club held a movie night event they called "Screen of Hope," and raised $1,272 to help AAUW-Tech Trek send a young lady to STEM camp.
Rolling Hills Middle School Hands4Hope Club organized "Hands4Homeless" car wash and toiletries drive to benefit Jakes Journey Home. The Club raised $1,838 in funds, and collected 1,787 toiletry items, enough to create more than 150 care bags.
Oak Ridge High School Hands4Hope Empower Club held a snack sale that raised $975 to purchase Roo Wraps for NICU babies with Sweet Dreams Foundation.

Oak Ridge High School Hands4Hope Inspire Club held the “Goodies 4 Gilmore Heroes” snack sale that raised $1,591.37 to help Gilmore Heroes Foundation.
Cameron Park/Shingle Springs on-campus clubs
Pleasant Grove Middle School, a brand new Hands4Hope Club in its first year at this campus, had a successful first project: "The 'Purr-fect' Project." They raised $387 in in-kind donations of cat food and toys, and $100 in donations to support Fat Kitty City.
Camerado Springs Middle School hosted their "Wild Games 4 Wildlife" carnival during lunch time on April 30. All students who joined had a wonderful time playing games and supporting a great cause, Sierra Wildlife Rescue. They were able to raise $274.
Ponderosa High School held a car wash event that raised $503 for Sweet Dreams Foundation.
Folsom On-Campus Clubs
Folsom High School Hands4Hope Club completed their project for Angels for Hearts by creating nine birthday baskets for children who are in the hospital due to congenital heart defects.

Vista del Lago High Hands4Hope Club chose to benefiting Firefighters Burn Institute. They hosted a movie night on April 11, and though they experienced some challenges along the way, they were able to raise $125. They learned a lot through the process on what works and what they would do differently next time.
Sutter Middle School Hands4Hope Club chose to benefit HART of Folsom, and organized a carnival that took place May 2 after school. They raised about $1,000.
Folsom Middle School Hands4Hope Club sold concessions on April 24 during a Track and Field meet to benefit HART of Folsom, and raised $540.
